NanoString GeoMX Digital Spatial Profiling arrives at WSU!

Whole tissue sections, FFPE or fresh frozen tissue can now be imaged and stained for RNA or Protein. Researchers can then precisely select which tissue or cell type to profile based on the biology, and subsequently determine expression levels using either the NanoString nCounter analysis system or Illumina sequencing.

The image above was acquired from mouse tonsil cells imaged using the GeoMX nuclear stain (Blue) and monoclonal antibodies for PanCK (Green) and CD45 (Blue).
