Qubit Fluorometer

The Qubit is a single channel fluorometer that uses standard 0.6ml PCR tubes and commercial assays for fast and accurate quantification of RNA,DNA, or Proteins.  RNA and DNA specific Fluorescent dyes are used that can determine the RNA concentration in the presence of DNA and the DNA concentration in the presence of RNA.   

 

It is simple and easy to use. LBB offers a per sample service or users can purchase their own assay reagents and use at their convenience. 

 

We run both the  high sensitivity dsDNA and the high sensitivity RNA assays.
